Julie grew up in Central Pennsylvania before marrying her career Army husband - now retired. Being a military spouse has allowed her to move cross country and experience what it’s like to relocate every 3 years. This is what prompted her to pursue a career in Real Estate. She understands the emotions involved with moving (whether buying or selling) and knows it can be stressful and therefore strives to make each real estate transaction a smooth and successful experience.

Julie and her husband have made Matthews their home. She loves the small town feel yet the convenience to the City and all it has to offer. She has raised 2 children in Charlotte- a son who’s currently enrolled at UNCC and a daughter currently in Butler High School. She has 2 Golden doodles that are her 4 legged kiddos. She is a Steelers Fan but also has found room for the Panthers.

Julie is a full time agent with a well-rounded real estate background and has helped many buyers and sellers. She has worked at Allen Tate Relocation helping incoming and outgoing transferees and their corporate offices sell and purchase homes. She managed the sale of REO and Foreclosure properties for banks and asset management companies. Julie also owns rental properties and helps investors.
